I offer a free, 30-minute introductory session where we’ll discuss your goals, any challenges you're facing, and how coaching can support you. This no-obligation session gives us a chance to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.

No, I am not a licensed counselor. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counseling and am one class away from being eligible to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). While I am not governed by the regulatory bodies for licensed counselors, I uphold the same ethical standards and prioritize respect and confidentiality in all client interactions.

I specialize in life and ADHD coaching, with a focus on areas such as ADHD management, identity exploration (including gender and sexuality), religious and spiritual questioning, personal growth, and self-advocacy. I also provide a safe space to discuss topics related to sexual wellness, including kink and intimacy concerns.

My services are not a replacement for crisis intervention. Your safety and well-being are incredibly important, and there are professionals ready to help in crisis situations.

I am committed to keeping our sessions confidential, ensuring a safe and private environment for our discussions. However, please note that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in situations where there is a legal obligation to disclose information, such as a risk of harm to yourself or others.

My standard rate is $50 per hour for coaching sessions. I also offer text and call support at $10 per day for up to 30 minutes, $25 per day if it exceeds 30 minutes, and $40 per day if it exceeds an hour. Additionally, if you need in-depth research or resource support, my rate for that service is $15 per hour.

While I aim to be responsive, please note that I have a full-time job and children, which may impact my immediate availability. I will do my best to respond to texts and calls within 4 hours during reasonable hours. Extended support options are available if you require ongoing contact.
