I offer a one-time, 30-minute introductory session at no cost.
Unlike many therapeutic environments that charge higher rates for initial consultations, I believe in a no-obligation meeting to help us get to know each other.
This way, if either of us feels we’re not the right fit, we can part ways without pressure or commitment.

Please note that, as a parent with a full-time job, I am unable to provide immediate on-call support. However, I am dedicated to being responsive and will do my best to return calls or texts within 4 hours during reasonable hours. No, I am not a licensed counselor. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Counseling and am one class away from being eligible to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). While I am not governed by the regulatory bodies for licensed counselors, I uphold the same ethical standards and prioritize respect and confidentiality in all client interactions.

I also provide a safe space to discuss topics related to sexual wellness, including kink and intimacy concerns.

My standard rate is $50 per hour for coaching sessions. I also offer text and call support at $10 per day for up to 30 minutes, $25 per day if it exceeds 30 minutes, and $40 per day if it exceeds an hour. Additionally, if you need in-depth research or resource support, my rate for that service is $15 per hour.
